I am a mother of three children (one boy, two girls),  step-mother to six children (two girls, four boys) and Grandmother to twenty-four wonderful grandchildren. Our children range in age from 34 to 21 and grandchildren range in age 19 years to 16 months. 

Graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, KS.  I am currently working on my Masters of Arts in Teaching at St. Mary University in Leavenworth, KS.

This is my fifth year here at Jefferson County North Middle School.  I teach Seventh and Eighth Language Arts, one hour of 7th Grade Tech. and I am the Knowledge Bowl Sponsor. 

As a sponsor I have been able to see the students work as hard in class, as their meets. The dedication these students bring to their teams as well as the classroom is amazing.
